Quality Fabrication, LLC as a full service steel fabrication and welding
shop with fabric cover manufacturing capabilities as well.
Located in Quincy, Florida, George Black, owner of Quality Fabrication
has a long history starting in the early 1980's with manufacturing frame
supported fabric tensioned buildings. His experience with governmental
and highly technical projects provides an unparalleled standard of quality
control and workmanship. Quality Fabrication's work force consists of
AWS certified welders, layout supervisors, iron workers, fabric welders,
and material handlers. With over 17,000 square feet of fabrication area,
Quality Fabrication is capable of producing high volumes of structural
steel and architectural cladding within precision quality and demanding
construction schedules.
Our method of custom manufacturing frame supported tensioned fabric
structures relies on paying great attention to detail from the onset at
conceptual design and continues through engineering, fabrication and
installation. Realizing that each project is special and unique, we
approach fabrication with a customized approach as apposed to that of
others utilizing a high repeat volume or “LEAN” approach. There simply
are no cookie cutters to stamp out unique, one of-a-kind structures.
DPM works closely with Quality Fabrication and serves as the point
source communication link for the customer to assure clear and efficient
achievement of design vision, unique project requirements and all
completion milestones.
